This website (https://enicslabs.com/) (the “Site”) is operated by EnICS Labs (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), located at Bar‑Ilan University. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and handling personal information in accordance with applicable Israeli law, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741‑1981, the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777‑2017, and any other relevant legislation and guidance.
This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how we secure it, and the choices and rights available to you.
1) Personal data we collect
1.1 Data you provide voluntarily
When you interact with the Site or contact us, you may provide the following information:

3) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure and understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics may collect information such as page views, session duration, and interactions. According to Google’s documentation, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using Google’s opt‑out browser add‑on, or by adjusting your browser or device settings.
Consent banner integration: Google Analytics is configured to respect your cookie consent choices. Non‑essential analytics cookies and scripts are activated only after you provide consent via our cookies banner (see Section 7).
4) Sharing of personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data in these limited circumstances:

Right to object / withdraw consent: to object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing already performed)

10) Children and minors
The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
11) Links to other websites
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third‑party sites you visit.
